Q:Are the silicones safe to use?
A:Yes. Our silicones are made from 100% food-grade silicone. Our teethers require extra parental care when using. The child should be looked at while using and the parent needs to check the product's safety before using. The responsibility is on the parent or responsible adult.
Q:Do you offer cancellation, returns or exchanges?
A:Due to the nature of the products and how they are used, silicone products are not returnable or replaceable. Cancellations can be made up to 5 hours from the moment you placed an order.

Q:My item is damages
A: If you received a damaged item in the mail you have 24 hours to report damages. If the damage has been caused by us, your item will be refunded or replaced in 5-7 business days after you send it back to us, when reimbursement expenses will be on us. We will not replace or refund any damaged items by reasons outside of our control.
