A:Yes. Our silicones are made from 100% food-grade silicone. Our teethers require extra parental care when using. The child should be looked at while using and the parent needs to check the product's safety before using. The responsibility is on the parent or responsible adult.

Q:My item is damages
A: If you received a damaged item in the mail you have 24 hours to report damages. If the damage has been caused by us, your item will be refunded or replaced in 5-7 business days after you send it back to us, when reimbursement expenses will be on us.
